Terms of Sale

Purpose These terms govern the distance sale of photographs in digital format and of prints available for purchase from the site's private galleries. By making a purchase, you accept the following. Products The site sells high-resolution digital photo files, downloadable from the gallery's private area after payment. Physical prints are not sold as a service through the site: they are available only upon direct request, to be arranged privately. Prices and taxes Prices are expressed in euros and are those shown in the gallery's price list at the time of the order. This transaction is not subject to VAT under the flat-rate scheme (art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law 190/2014). Payment Payment is made online, in a single instalment, through the secure payment systems integrated into the site. The order is considered complete once the payment has been successfully processed. Delivery The download is unlocked automatically in the gallery area immediately after payment, and the link remains available for the gallery's validity period. Any requested prints are arranged and delivered directly, on a case-by-case basis. Right of withdrawal For digital content supplied via download, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun, the buyer having expressly consented to immediate execution and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (art. 59 of the Consumer Code). Any prints, made to order, are arranged directly and not through the site's online sales. Statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product remain unaffected.
